Thomas W. Shaffer

Thomas W. Shaffer, 78 of Phoenix, AZ passed away in Phoenix on October 22, 2014. Born in Ellwood City on August 4, 1936, Thomas was the son of the late Samuel and Christina Dolter Shaffer. He had retired from the Arizona Education Association. Thomas is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, John and Nellie Shaffer of Fombell. Besides his Parents, Thomas was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Schrup. Graveside Services will be offered for Thomas at Wurtemburg Cemetery on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 11:30 AM by Rev. Dr. Daniel Stinson of Wurtemburg Presbyterian Church. Local arrangements were entrusted to the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory.
