Sandra K. Suhre

Sandra K. Suhre, 72, of Lookout Avenue, Ellwood City, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Valencia Woods Nursing Center in Valencia, PA. Born on January 21, 1943 in Warren, Ohio, Sandra was the daughter of the late Richard and Martha Crocker Douce. She married Fred Suhre in 1962. Sandra enjoyed cooking and shopping, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her husband, children and granddogs. Sandra is survived by her husband, Fred, at home, a son, Fred (Debbie) Suhre, of Ellwood City and a daughter, Terri Suhre (Chris Harlacher) of Port Vue, PA, a sister, Barbara Hyde of Howland, OH and a brother, Jerry Douce of Niles, OH. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by a brother, Bud Douce. A memorial service will be held for Sandra at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport. Memorial contributions can be made in Sandra's name to the American Lung Association at www.lung.org
