Ronald L. Palm, Sr. 68 of 184 S. River Rd., Franklin Twp., passed away at his residence on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 7:15 A.M. Ronald was born in Ellwood City on August 25, 1943 to the late William Leroy and Lena Albano Palm. He is survived by his wife, Dantza Palm whom he married on February 20, 1965. He had worked as a crane operator at the B & W and before that a grinder at Matthews Conveyor in Ellwood City. He had also worked at General Allied in Rochester. Ronald was a member of First Christian Church and a 1962 graduate of Lincoln High School. Besides his wife Dantza at home he is survived by a daughter and son, Rhonda Palm and Ronald L. Palm, Jr. both of Ellwood City, a step-daughter, Mary Ann and Dale Harris of Ellwood City and three grandchildren, Ronald Jordan Palm, Kylie Nichole Palm and Richard Blaine Craig, Jr. Friends may call at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Memorial Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 8 P.M. with Rev. Dr. Keith Black. Private intermant will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
