Norma Jeane Dwyer

Norma Jeane Dwyer, 88 of Schill Manor passed away at the Jameson Memorial Hospital at 7:38 PM on April 21, 2012 surrounded by her family. Born in Ellwood City on July 13, 1923 Norma was the daughter of the late Harry E. and Lyndel Ray Moffitt Turner. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Dwyer. Norma retired from the Beaver Valley Medical Center where she was a nurse. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Ellwood City. Norma was also a lifetime member of the Women of the Moose where she was Star Recorder and Senior Regent. She is survived by six children, Amy Fox of Chesapeake, VA, Jeffrey and Elba Dwyer of Sarasota, FL, Jennifer and Gerald Dewey of Tunas, MO, Lynn and Jim Oravitz of Knoxville, TN, Steven and Mary Pierce of Key West, FL and Kevin and Diane Dwyer of Fombell, a sister, Patricia Ferrara of Brookeville, FL, 22 Grandchildren and 42 Great Grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents Norma was preceded in death by a sister, Jackie Daubenspeck. In keeping with Norma's wishes there will be no public viewing or services. Burial will be at Locust Grove Cemetary. Memorial contributions can be made in Mrs. Dwyer's name to The First Baptist Church, 220 Fountain Ave., Ellwood City, PA 16117.
