Michael E. Philips

Michael E. Philips, 63 of Shenango Twp., passed away at his residence on Tuesday, June 16, 2020.

Born in Greenville, PA on June 29, 1956, Michael was the son of the late Robert and Roma Clarr Talkington Philips. Michael had worked at Leonard's Steam Systems in New Castle. An avid hunter and fisherman, Michael enjoyed spending time outdoors.

Surviving is his daughter, Shannon Windhorst of Shenango Twp., his 2 grandchildren, Haley and Caitlyn Windhorst, his sister, Tracey (John) Tomon of Wayne Twp, and his 2 brothers, Rodger (Chris) Philips of Northlake, IL and Randy (Marsha) Philips of Saegertown, PA.
