Mary Florence Loccisano, 95, of Ellwood City, died peacefully at Good Samaritan Hospice Beaver on Friday, August 12, 2022.
She was born in Forestville, PA on December 5, 1926 to the late Michael and Angeline Isacco Carozza. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School. Mary was the adored and adoring wife of Raymond Paul Loccisano whom she married on April 12, 1948.
Mary was a homemaker and a marvelous cook. In earlier years, she served as a Cub Scout den mother. A quiet woman, she possessed a generous and caring heart and was deeply loved by family and friends. She was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Worship Site.
Mary is survived by four sons: Michael (Janice) Loccisano, Dennis (Cindy) Loccisano, and David Loccisano, all of Ellwood City and Mark (Denise) Loccisano of Fredericksburg, MD. Her family also includes eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, sisters-in-law Glorine Carozza and Ada Carozza and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Mary was preceded in death by her grandson, Matthew Loccisano, three brothers, Tony, Carmen and Regis Carozza, her sister-in-law Dorothy Carozza and several beloved aunts and uncles.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Holy Redeemer Church with Fr. Mark Thomas, celebrant. Entombment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Ave., Ellport.
