Mary M. Guerrini

Mary M. Guerrini, 82, of Ellport, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.

Born in Caserta, Italy on September 26, 1940, Mary was the daughter of the late Vincent and Rose Biasucci DiFusco.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Guerrini on October 14, 2022.  They were married on April 4, 1959.  Mary was a florist at Guerrini’s Floral Shop and later worked at the Knitting Mill, Dust Proof, Romar and Fotia’s.  She was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers.  Mary enjoyed crocheting but mostly she enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Betty (Jerry) Tillia of Wampum, her son, John (Christine) Guerrini, Jr. of Ellwood City, 5 grandchildren, Jessica Tressler, Rebecca Crawford, John Michael Guerrini, Stephen Guerrini and Domenic Guerrini and 12 great grandchildren.

Besides her husband and parents, Mary was preceded in death by four brother and two sisters.

Friends may call at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 2 PM to 4 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Holy Redeemer Church on Monday, May 8th at 10 AM.  Entombment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery.

Christian Mothers are asked to meet at the Church on Monday at 9:45 AM to form the honor guard.
