Mary Doyle, 88 of 1213 Negley St., Farrell passed away at UPMC Farrell on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 2 P.M. She was born in Czechoslovakia on October 26, 1922 to the late Joseph and Anna Virostek Blasko. She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Doyle, on September 25, 1980. They were married on November 26, 1947. She was a member of St. John's Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church and retired from Schuster's Restaurant in Masury. During World War II she worked as a welder at Mellable Steel and General American. Mary is survived by five children, Donna and David Sotak of Allentown, PA, Mary Ann and John Murphy, Debby and Robert Bradley both of Farrell, John Joseph and Linda Doyle of Warren, MI and Thomas and Theresa Doyle of Wheatland, a sister and a brother, Helen Blasko of Sharon and Joseph and Mary Blasko of Hartford, OH, 10 Grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and expecting one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother and sister, John and Ann Blasko. Friends may call at the Tomon Funeral and Cremation Services in the Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home on Monday from 4 to 7 P.M. A Panachida Service will be offered at the Funeral Home at 6:45 P.M. A Funeral Service will be offered at St. John's Orthodox Cemetery Chapel on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 11 A.M. by Msgr. Michael Polanichka. A brief Service will be offered at the Funeral Home at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow in St. John's Orthodox Cemetery.
