Helen F. Everett, 85 of 480 Crawford Dr., Hermitage died at the UPMC Horizon Hospital, Farrell on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 10:25 P.M. Helen was born in Sharon on December 11, 1924 to the late John and Anna Chimbora Ferinck. She is survived by her husband, Chester C. Everett whom she married on November 4, 1950. She was a member of St. John's Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church and a former member of the choir at the church. From 1970 through 1975 Helen was the assistant rifle coach for the Hickory Hornets Rifle Team. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte Everett Truman Meeks and Raymond Meeks of Pulaski, 2 granddaughters, Marcella and Leeanna Truman, a step-daughter, Shirley Everett of Sharon and a step-grandson and his wife, Christopher and Ginger Stewart and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by a daughter, Marjorie Ann Everett, 3 brothers, Mike, Steve and Joe Ferinck and 3 sisters, Anna Roganly, Mary Scott and Margaret Ferinck. Friends may call at the Tomon Funeral and Cremation Services in the Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, 264 E. State St., Sharon on Sunday, May 23, 2010 from 4 to 7 P.M. Where a Panachida Service will be offered at 7 P.M. Funeral Services will be offered at St. John's Orthodox Cemetery Chapel on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 11 A.M. preceded by a service at the Funeral Home at 10:30 A.M. by Msgr. Michael Polanichka. Interment will follow in St. John's Orthodox Cemetery Memorial contribution can be made in Mrs. Everett's name to St. John's Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church, 725 Cedar Ave., Sharon, PA 16146.
