Delores J. "Dee" Bubb, 70, of Bubb Lane, Wayne Twp., passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014 in the Butler Memorial Hospital. Born in New Castle, PA on June 14, 1944, Dee was the daughter of the late Donald and Evelyn Hogue Welsh. She was a 1962 graduate of Shenango High School. Dee retired from Intercare and had previously worked for the Ellwood City Ledger. She attended First Church of God in Franklin Township. Dee enjoyed crocheting and crocheted hats and blankets for the City Rescue Mission every year. She also enjoyed bowling. She loved gardening and watching football, especially the Steelers. Dee loved spending time with her family; her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dee will also be missed by her dogs; Corky, Jewelz and Daisy. Dee is survived by her children; James Bubb, Jr. of Great Falls, MT, Deborah and Jeffrey VanGorder, of Ellwood City, Marcey and Reg Albador-Fulk of Aurora, CO, Daniel and Kristen Bubb of Wayne Twp., her brothers, Ronald and Barb Welsh of New Castle, James and Darley Welsh of Centennial CO, John and Paula Welsh of New Castle, Lloyd and Joann Welsh of Castlewood, thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and her former husband, James Bubb, of Wayne Twp. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Chastity VanGorder. Friends will be received on Monday, November 10th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 11th at 11:00 AM with Dee's grandson, Pastor Jebidiah Bubb.
Extending my sympathies and prayers to you all for the loss of your dear Mother. I worked with Dee for years at InterCare (in CO) and we shared a lot of fun memories! She was a kick-in-the-pants, as you well know, and one of the kindest people I've known.
I worked with Dee at Intercare many years ago..lots of laughs, lots of fun..my thoughts and prayers for all of you..

What a difficult time to say good bye for now to the woman that brought you into this life. May you find peace she now lives in eternity with the Lord. May you all share each of your loving memories of her together. Dee was a beautiful, generous and kind woman. We feel so blessed to have been able to celebrate her 70th Birthday with her.
