Deborah L. Anderson

Deborah L. Anderson, 65, of South Pymatuning Township passed away unexpectedly in the ER of Sharon Regional Health System on Sunday, March 24, 2024. Born in Sharon on December 9, 1958, Deborah was the daughter of the late Joseph G. and Martha Wanchik Kushner. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Deacon John Anderson whom she married on August 12, 1995. She was a Fiscal Officer with Mercer Co. Behavioral Health Commission where she was employed from 1980. Deborah was an active member of St. John’s Orthodox Church where she sang in the choir. She was a 1976 graduate of Sharpsville High School and a graduate of New Castle Business School. Besides her husband, Deborah is survived by a daughter Emily Anderson at home, a brother, Gregory (Carolyn) Kushner of Horsham, PA and two nieces, Tatiana Kushner and Nadia Kushner both of Horsham, PA. Friends will be received on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. at St. John’s Orthodox Church in Hermitage and Friday from 10 A.M. to the time of Deborah’s Funeral Service at 11A.M. with Fr. David Mastroberte. Interment will follow in St. John’s Orthodox Cemetery.
