David D. Hazen

David D. Hazen, 71 of Franklin Township passed away at his residence on Sunday, June 2, 2013. Born in Ellwood City on April 15, 1942, David was the son of the late William A. and Clara E. Young Hazen. David had retired from the Maintenance Department of Riverside School District. He attended First Christian Church in Franklin Township and was a regular at Welsh's Service Station. David was a 1960 graduate of Lincoln High School. Surviving is a sister and her husband, Dawn and Ed Price of Ellport, two step-sisters, Joy Collier and Susan Zona both of Ellwood City, a nephew, William Price and several cousins. Preceding him in death was his parents and his step-mother, Eleanor Mesterani Hazen. Friends may call at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 1 PM with Rev. Thomas A. O'Brien of First Christian Church. Interment will follow in Lillyville Church of God Cemetery.
