Christine A. Vincent

Christine Vincent, 69, of Ellwood City, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at her residence. Born in Ellwood City on March 21, 1953, Christine was the daughter of the late John and Olga Yakim Daransky. She is survived by her husband, Bill Vincent whom she married on July 12, 1975. Christine was a special education teacher at McGuire Home and later at Tiny Tots in Rochester. A 1971 graduate of Lincoln High School and a 1975 graduate of Slippery Rock University, she was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church. Christine enjoyed painting, crafts and cooking. She also enjoyed “fishing” with her husband at their cottage in Pymatuning. Mostly she enjoyed the quiet times spent with family and friends at their cottage. Besides her husband, Christine is survived by her two children, Allisyn (Kevin) Skolnik of Duquesne, PA and Bryan Vincent at home. Christine was preceded in death by her two brothers, John and Tom Daransky. A Tribute to Christine’s life will be held in May at the family cottage in Pymatuning.
