Alfred L. Cohen

Alfred L. Cohen, 69, of 3105 Ragged Ridge Lane, Charlottesville, Virginia passed away in his residence on Monday, October 26th. Born on January 17, 1940 in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Philip and Margaret Lenenfeld Cohen. He married the former Margaret Cherol on February 10, 1975. Alfred was president of the St. Thomas Liquor Company Limited. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Margaret Elissa Cohen and Matthew Adams of State College, PA, a son, Lee Cohen of Charlottesville, VA, a sister, Mitzie Zafero of Del Ray Beach, FL and a sister-in-law, Jane Cherol of Charlottesville, VA. Services for Mr. Cohen were private. Interment took place in Locust Grove Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport.
