Addison Lin Wells, of Franklin Township, passed on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Heritage Valley Beaver. She is survived by her parents, Richard R. Wells and Kylie N. Palm of Franklin Township, 2 brothers, Jaxson Palm and Braxton Wells, her maternal grandparents, Ronald Palm, Jr. of Ellwood City and Mary Pangels of Volant, paternal grandparents, Richard and Rebecca Wells of Evans City, her maternal great grandmother, Dantza Palm of Ellwood City and her paternal great grandparents, Fr. Terry and Mary Ann Johnson of Evans City and Ann and Grant Fuller of Syracuse, New York. Addison was preceded in death by her great grandfathers, Ronald Palm and Robert Wells.
